Drinks for Dry January at Temperance Wine Bar

Temperance Wine Bar [40 Carmine St] is serving up some non-alcoholic beverages to mark “Dry January.” The drinks include:
- Acid League Proxies 'Sauvage' 16: A crisp, bright, and herbal nonalcoholic white wine
- Acid League Proxies 'Nightshade' 16: A nonalcoholic dry and savory red with notes of juice red fruits and spices
- AVEC Grapefruit - Pomelo 5: Grapefruit juice flavored with pomelo, black pepper, bourbon vanilla and smoked salt
- AVEC Yuzu - Lime 5: Yuzu and lime juice with a hint of lemongrass
- AVEC Pomegranate - Hibiscus 5: A refreshing blend of pomegranate juice, hibiscus, lime juice, and ceylon cinnamon
- AVEC - Ginger 5: A punchy, spicy concoction of pineapple juice, lime juice, agave, molasses, ginger, acacia gum, and allspice
Each of these beverages can be paired with a variety of dishes from the Temperance menu, including Deviled eggs with Calabrian Chili, Sardines and Butter on Toast, and Duck Meatballs.
