When it comes to coffee, for Kenneth Shoji, it is “go big or go home.” The Japanese entrepreneur got into the coffee game by borrowing money to buy a coffee farm in Hawaii. He went on to open 150 locations of % Arabic coffee, including Rockefeller Center with a floating space-age counter. Its hand-crafted espresso drinks are made with beans from some of the world’s finest coffee farms.
