Figure Eight, the Southern-seafood inspired restaurant in the West Village, is expanding its menu with exciting new dishes that highlight local produce and fresh seafood. Under the guidance of Executive Chef Joseph Blifffen (formerly Lunetta and Pizza Motto) and his team, diners can enjoy both classic favorites and innovative offerings.

New Dishes Include:

  • Raw Oysters served with a dill pickle mignonette

  • Razor Clams accompanied by sour corn and yellow chili

  • Cornmeal Mush Bread with black pepper and cheddar

  • Roasted Black Bass with southern romesco, scallion, charred peanut

  • Fried Fish Sandwich served daily at the bar during happy hour

To complete your meal, Figure Eight offers a rotating selection of unique pastries and sweets, such as Butterscotch Sweet Potato Puddin’ with torched bamboo honey fluff. Reservations can be made via Resy.
