As autumn unfolds, NYC’s bars are heating up, crafting seasonal cocktails that celebrate the rich, warming flavors of fall.

Agency of Record (118 E 40th St, New York)

This sophisticated variation on an Old Fashioned is called Target Audience. It combines smoky wood-grilled peaches, urfa biber, peated scotch, and peach liqueur, delivering a unique balance of smoky and fruity flavors.

Clover Club (210 Smith St, Brooklyn)

Brooklyn’s Clover Club brings a fall twist with cocktails like the Maple Maltz Fizz with Butter-washed rum blend, acid adjusted apple juice, maple, malted condensed milk, egg white, and black walnut bitters; and the Bonfire Old Fashioned with Bulleit 10 year, Michter's Toasted Barrel bourbon, vanilla, demerara, Braulio, brûléed marshmallows.

Dear Irving on Hudson (310 W 40th St, New York)

Perched high above the city, Dear Irving on Hudson offers Creole Rhapsody with cognac, terroir volcanique rhum, absinthe, and fleur bitters. Dear Irving calls it a Sazerac variation "to sip and savor while the leaves fall outside. It’s oh so cozy in here."
