Foxtail is a new speakeasy located on the ground level of the Arlo SoHo hidden behind lush velvet curtains where whimsical cocktails are inspired by dishes and drinks of the 1950s and 1960s. Here are a few of them.

Punch is back and being served as individual drinks or party-size to share. There are four varieties available including the Dapper Fox made with Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Vanilla, Strawberry, Lemon, Walnut, and Champagne.

Ambrosia Salad is a playful cocktail perfect for sipping. It’s made with Herradura Anejo Tequila, Del Maguey Chichicapa Mezcal, Grand Marnier, Toasted Coconut, Vanilla, Orange Bitters and Marshmallow.

Class Act is a foxy take on a margarita with Volcan Blanco Tequila, Amaro Nonino, Serrano Pepper, Pomelo, Lime, Cilantro, and Applewood-Smoked Salt

And Honey Baked Apples, a true comfort dish cocktail with tree fruit & cranberry shine in this sour variation. It’s made with Angel’s Envy Rye Whiskey, Apple Brandy, Apple Cider, Cranberry, Honey, Lemon, and Pimento.

Foxtail’s dining menu, developed by Chef Johannsen, features a selection of seasonally focused dishes like a Maine Half Lobster, East & West Coast Oysters, & Hamachi Ceviche. Other offerings include pull-apart Thyme Parker House Rolls served warm with seasonal ramp butter; Oven-fired Tomato and Mozzarella Pizza, or the signature Cheeseburger prepared with two smash patties, grilled onions, lettuce, and Impossible Cheeseburger.
