Fundraising Gala for Anne Saxelby Legacy Fund at Chelsea Market Sept 19

The 3rd Annual Anne Saxelby Legacy Fund Annual Benefit will be held Sept 19 for the late founder of Saxelby Cheesemongers, the first shop dedicated to American artisanal cheeses in New York City.
The fund provides monthlong paid apprenticeships for young adults to live on sustainable farms - to work, learn, and be inspired to create change in their communities. You can learn more about the program’s mission statement here.
This year's Chelsea Market Benefit promises to be New York City's greatest food event, featuring over 130 renowned chefs, artisans & mixologists including:
- Chef Suzanne Cupps of Lola's
- Chef Lena Ciardullo of Union Square Café
- Chef Trigg Brown of Win Son
- Chef Melissa Rodriguez of Mel's
- Chef Caroline Schiff of PastrySchiff
- Chef Fany Gerson of Fan-Fan Doughnuts
- The Chefs of Chelsea Market! (Nom Wah, Creamline, Tings, Miznon)

The fundraiser will be held from 6-10 PM at Chelsea Market. Tickets are $150 per person and can be purchased here
