Get Ready for a Snowy Commute

Even before the first flakes started falling, the MTA was already cutting express service at 7pm on most of its lines. The reason: a massive snow storm heading this way. And the changes are expected to remain in effect through the evening rush hour tomorrow. Accu-Weather is predicting an all-out "blizzard" with 12-16 inches possible. Some areas could see 4-foot snow drifts.
