Market 57, the James Beard Foundation’s incubator of sorts for promising minority and women-owned business, is showcasing HoneyBunny Chicken & Biscuits at Good to Go kiosk. Comfort is king at HoneyBunny and so is Chef Jared Howard, who named the concept in honor of his daughter’s nickname. Diners can expect mouthwatering fried chicken, garlic-butter biscuits and fab desserts like banana pudding.
