Hutong, known for its inventive contemporary flavors, is turning tradition on its head with a holiday surprise like no other. This year, Hutong debuts a limited-edition, Flaming Peking Turkey. This turkey is expertly prepared, marinated in a closely guarded blend of Chinese spices, and roasted to crispy perfection. The grand finale - the turkey is set ablaze tableside, creating a dramatic spectacle. Celebrate Christmas with Hutong, where traditional Chinese cuisine meets the festive spirit of New York City. Reservations for Peking Turkey are available on December 24th and Christmas Day.

On Saturdays, it’s Bubbles & Bao Brunch. Experience an iconic New York City brunch with artisanal Dim Sum, all set in The Shanghai’s captivating 1920s atmosphere with DJ and live entertainment. Available on Saturday’s from 12:00 PM - 5 PM, with unlimited bubbles and cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Shared family style amongst the table, they can enjoy Hutong’s most renowned dishes, such as Truffle shiitake and wild mushroom bao or Roasted Peking duck with scallion pancakes.

Dim Sum Library Brunch is held on Sundays from 12 PM - 4 PM. Hutong’s Sunday brunch combines mouthwatering Chinese dim sum, main dishes, and an extensive cocktail menu. Recently added back to this menu is a dish Hutong guests haven’t seen since 2019: Silk Eggs. This Hong Kong-style scrambled egg dish features a variety of toppings such as wild mushrooms and lobster, enhancing the overall dining experience.
