Michelin-starred LAUT, the popular Malaysian restaurant in Union Square (15 East 17th Street) is marking its 15th Anniversary. LAUT is known for its vibrant hawker street foods and comfort dishes that capture the essence of Southeast Asian cuisine.

For 15 years, LAUT has been a beacon of authentic Southeast Asian cuisine in New York City. Under the culinary direction of Chef Salil Mehta, the restaurant has introduced diners to the diverse flavors of Singapore, all while maintaining a commitment to quality and authenticity.

As the first Malaysian restaurant in New York City to earn a Michelin star, Laut invites diners to indulge in the rich and diverse flavors of Southeast Asia at an accessible price.
