Learn the Art of Mozzarella Making At Market 57

While many tourists flock to Little Italy in Manhattan, insiders know that the true “Little Italy” in New York City can be found in the Bronx, on Arthur Avenue for family-run shops that have existed for a century turning out Italian delicacies like authentic mozzarella.
Now Guests can join Dave Greco—second generation owner of the beloved Mike's Deli—for a mozzarella making demonstration. Enjoy antipasti, cheesecake and more while learning the art of mozzarella making. The event is being held on Thursday, July 25 from 6:30 to 8:30pm at the James Beard Foundation's Market 57 PLATFORM (25 11th Ave at Pier 57). Tickets are available for $95 here.
