Librae Bakery-Caviar Russe Collab for Mother's Day

In honor of Mother’s Day - Librae Bakery, the first-ever Bahraini female-owned bakery in New York, has partnered with renowned caviar purveyor, Caviar Russe, to create a unique and delicious culinary creation.

Inspired by classic caviar service, where the delicacy is typically served with a starch or neutral base along with crème fraîche, this special collaboration of 'breads and spreads’ features luxurious herbed brioche buns and a lemony labneh. The buns are infused with chives, ramps, dill and sea salt (6 per order), and served with lemon labneh featuring a touch of zest for a unique presentation. Caviar Russe’s classic Osetra caviar completes the ensemble. The beautiful Mother's Day package also includes a mother of pearl spoon, all thoughtfully gift-wrapped in co-branded packaging for $75.

The one-day only collaboration is available for pre-order from May 1st to May 9th on Librae’s website. Pick up will be on Mother’s Day (May 12th) from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, just in time for brunch.
