Lore Brings Diverse Flavors to Prospect Park

Lore is offering a global reach when it comes to cooking. The stylish spot in Prospect Park is bringing together what it calls a “confluence of cultures” with its cooking.
Diners will discover starters like Fermented Dosa with coconut chutney, potato, red lentil daal, and gunpowder spice; Smoked Steelhead Trout with cipollini onion, breadcrumbs and trout roe; and Baked Puff Pastry Samosa with tamarind chutney and mango cashew crème.
Main courses include Wild Mushroom Ragout with buckwheat spätzle, Bavette Steak with mustard greens, “Butter” Chicken with spiced kalazira rice, and a Smashed Burger with aged cheddar, kirby pickles and fries. For dessert there is Cashew Baklava with rosewater ice cream and Citrus Granite with olive oil curd, mint, crème fraiche.
