Lore to Host Wine Pairing with Wolffer Estate Vineyard

Chef Jay Kumar of Lore (441 7th Ave) in Park Slope, Brooklyn will host a five-course seasonal prix fixe dinner with Wölffer Estate Vineyard on June 18th.

The menu starts off with Fluke Crudo with coconut aguachile, cucumber, onion, lime paired with Wölffer White Horse Selection, Noblesse Oblige, Sparkling Rosé, Extra Brut (2019) and is designed to tell the story of where diverse cultures meet.

Roman Roth, Winemaker & Partner at Wölffer, will be on hand to discuss the pairings. Other menu highlights include Dosa with Spoonbill Caviar with ginger garlic puree and sour cream with Wölffer Cellar Series Tocai Friulano (2021). Dessert will be Wild Berry Samosa with rose ice cream paired with Wölffer White Horse Selection, Diosa Late-Harvest (2022).

The 1st seating will be held from 6.00pm - 8.00pm - 2nd seating from 8.30pm - 10.30pm. The cost is $129 per person with reservations and full menu available via Resy.
