Michelin-Starred Chefs Reunite for Special Dinner Series at Le Jardinier

Michelin-Starred Le Jardinier is excited to host a special reunion of culinary talent featuring Chef Alain Verzeroli of The Bastion Collection and his long-time mentee, Chef Mitsunobu Nagae of Michelin-Starred l’abeille. This exclusive Chef-in-Residence series kicks off in New York on November 9th.

Guests will enjoy a five-course collaborative menu showcasing the chefs’ commitment to seasonality and respect for ingredients. Highlights include Seasonal Canapés, Foie Gras Crème Brûlée with citrus, Ora King Salmon belly with Hachiya persimmon, and Caramelized Black Cod with sauce Vierge Verte, alongside Dry-Aged Duck with cumin-scented carrot extraction. Dessert features a Caramelized Apple with kaffir mousse and Okinawa Brown Sugar Ice Cream.
Local talents trained under Verzeroli, such as Chef Andrew Ayala of Le Jardinier NYC, Chef Felipe Botero of Le Jardinier Houston, and Chef Christian Pasco Diaz of Le Jardinier Miami, will also join in this culinary celebration, showcasing the evolution from student to master. Tickets are priced at $205 per person, available through Resy.
