Michelin-Starred Restaurant Yuu to Offer Desserts To-Go

Michelin-Starred, Restaurant Yuu, in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, is launching a take-out dessert concept created by Executive Pastry Chef, Masaki Takahashi.
Chef Masaki (formerly of two-Michelin-starred Narisawa in Tokyo) learned techniques from some of the most skilled chefs in Japan, honing his craft for decades in the pursuit of perfection in combining Japanese and French culinary disciplines.
The desserts include Macarons in flavors like pistachio, strawberry, chocolate, cassis, lemon, vanilla, matcha, and praline; and Dried-Fruit Pound Cake made with oranges, white figs, black figs, apricots, raisins, prunes, and cherries
Desserts can be ordered via Instagram and Restaurant Yuu’s website two days in advance beginning on March 7th. Pick-up is available from 11am - 4pm.
