My 2 Cents on the Michelin Guide

I don't understand all the outrage over how New York restaurants are treated in the new Michelin guide. I for one am glad their not tossing around "3 Stars" like gumdrops. Restaurants will have to try harder. And that's good for all New Yorkers.
