NYT best-selling cookbook author Rick Martinez to hold NYC Pop-Ups

Chef and NYT best-selling cookbook author Rick Martinez will be in NYC from 9/30 - 10/5 celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month with a series of collaborations.
Highlights include:
• Monday, September 30th - Rick joins Nacho Jimenez at Superbueno, the award-winning Mexican American cocktail bar, for a one-night only Happy Hour Collab from 5-8PM, with a curated special happy hour menu from Rick including a Plum Chamoy Negroni and Chorizo Patty Melt. Reservations available on Resy with accommodations for walk-ins at the door.
• Tuesday, October 1st - Rick & Chef TJ Steele behind the beloved Claro BK join forces for a one-night only 5-course collaboration dinner in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month from 5:30-9:30PM. Tickets/reservations can be made via Claro BK’s Resy.
• Thursday, October 3rd - Rick pops up at Pecking House in Brooklyn from 6-8PM for a special collaboration chicken sandwich made in collaboration with Chef Eric Huang. Stop by to enjoy the Fried Chicken Torta Ahogada. Copies of Mi Cocina will be available for purchase.
• Saturday, October 5th - Rick & Yellow Rose team up once again to offer an exclusive doughnut/kolache basket, which will feature a sweet Guava and Cream Cheese Kolache, a savory Cheddar, Jalapeno and Sausage Kolache and a Apple Fritter Doughnut. Stop by at 11AM to meet Rick and try out the collab, which will run all weekend long.
• Saturday, October 5th - Rick and Chef Fany Gerson of La Newyorkina pair up to launch Rick’s exclusive Hispanic Heritage Month Dragon Fruit, Mango, Pineapple, Chamoy Paleta, which will be available at their various locations in the city through October 20th. To celebrate the launch of the collab, Rick will pop up at Mijo, the sister business to La Newyorkina located in Pier 57. Stop by between 2-4PM to try out Rick’s exclusive paleta, along with a collab Chile Colorado Taco, inspired by a recipe from Rick’s mom.
