Located on the 18th floor of the first-ever hotel on the Roosevelt Island, Panorama Room’s boasts 360-degree views of New York City from a totally new vantage point. Floor-to-ceiling window offer unobstructed views of the Empire State Building, Chrysler Building, Midtown as well as parts of Queens and Brooklyn.
Rose and Abrous and James Beard Award-winning design firm Parts and Labor Design partnered on the ultra-modern space at the Graduate Roosevelt Island featuring geometric chrome sconces, vintage-inspired blush velvet tubular lounge sofas, and touches of chrome and marble throughout. Outdoor seating is also available.
The female-led food & beverage team includes Red Rooster Harlem, The Standard and Ace Hotel alum Megan Brown as Executive Chef and Estelle Bossy (Union Square Hospitality Group and Del Posto) as Beverage Director.
Guests can expect updates to classic martinis (think lychee, apple and draft espresso martini) along with an extensive list of sparkling wines and fortified wines from Bossy accompanied by an elevated ode to the sea from Chef Brown, including a raw bar.
