The team behind Vinyl Steakhouse is set to debut VINILE Chophouse, an innovative fusion of Italian, American, and Mediterranean flavors, opening February 2025 at 31 W 17th Street. This new concept reimagines the Italian dining experience, blending prime chophouse cuisine with a chic, music-driven ambiance centered on vinyl records.

Husband-and-wife duo Kevin and Sofia Flannery, co-founders of Vinyl Steakhouse, bring their signature “come as you are” approach to VINILE. Guests can expect an eclectic menu helmed by Executive Chef Joseph Andres Roperti, featuring handmade pastas, a premium raw bar, and unique cuts of wild game alongside their renowned prime beef. Standout dishes include pappardelle with wild boar ragu, amaro-glazed lamb chops, and a crudo trio.

The two-story space will offer a mezzanine dining room for private events and an open-kitchen Chef’s Table for exclusive culinary experiences. Sofia Flannery’s curated beverage program highlights iconic Italian wines like Sassicaia and Ornellaia, along with cocktails crafted from boutique amaro, grappa, and Italian gins.

With its blend of elevated cuisine, soulful music, and genuine hospitality, VINILE Chophouse is poised to become Flatiron’s new go-to. For more information, visit vinilechophouse.com.
