Peasant, by acclaimed chef and restaurateur Marc Forgione, will be hosting a very special Whole Pig Dinner with Braida Wines on Friday, September 29th, at 7pm.
The collaboration will feature four courses—including Peasant’s signature whole-roasted pig—paired with amazing wines from Braida Winery, a family-run vineyard in Piedmont, Italy. Braida’s owner, Norbert Reinsch, will also be in attendance from Piedmont for a meet-and-greet with guests. Reservations are $250/person (exclusive of tax and gratuity) and can be purchased online via Resy.
Additionally, Peasant accepts bookings for their standard Whole Pig Dinner for 6 or more guests, featuring a pre-fixe menu with antipasti, a whole-roasted suckling pig and sides, as well as dessert.
