Equipped with the biggest indoor smokers in all of NYC, Pig Beach BBQ’s new 28,000 square foot outpost in Long Island City is offering indoor & outdoor seating for up to 800 people, ample space for private events, three premium bars, and a massive (dog friendly!) backyard beer garden with family-style picnic tables, live music stage, and 28-foot jumbotron for the ultimate outdoor party.
The newest Pig Beach location is offering the same meat-centric menu as it Brooklyn flagship. Think peach & honey-glazed ribs, brisket, and a smoked pork shoulder with hatch vinegar sauce, as well as signature sandwiches including pulled pork with tangy vinegar BBQ sauce, fried chicken with Mustard BBQ sauce, and its award-winning Pig Beach Burger—served up counter-style with new neighborhood-inspired specials, like a Greek-style smoked lamb shoulder and Cuban mojo ribs.
Guests can also select from more than a dozen beers on tap, a chef-curated wine list, and cocktails ranging from playfully reimagined classics to backyard-meets-beach-bar frozen drinks and creative non-alcoholic sips.
Throughout the space, bright, bold locally-commissioned murals and neon signs collide with subway tiles, reclaimed barn wood, and exposed ceilings beams creating a relaxed New York industrial-chic vibe.
Pig Beach is located at 35-37 36th St., Long Island City, Queens
