Strap on your boots and put on your Lederhosen because Oktoberfest is here!

For those not traveling to Munich this year, NYC still has plenty of spots to enjoy some brews and bratwurst. The Standard Biergarten is no exception, offering an epic lineup through Tuesday, October 3rd of Oktoberfest specials, including Traditional German Fare, Carnival Games & Prizes, Live Music, Firkin Tapping, Competitions, Feats of Strength, Trivia, Daily Specials and Plenty of Bier, Sausage, and Pretzels! VIP 20 Person Stammtisch Tables are also available, including Unlimited Pour Your Own Beer + Oktoberfest Platter ($2K for 2 Hours). Tables can be booked here

Oktoberfest Bash coming to City Point in Downtown Brooklyn on Saturday, September 23rd from 12PM - 10PM. The annual festival that celebrates Bavarian culture, food, and beer is coming to Downtown Brooklyn for an Oktoberfest Bash hosted by DeKalb Market Hall and Sixpoint Brewery. Inspired by the annual German festival, the event will include authentic eats (including Pierogi Boys seen here), games, and activities for all ages. Traditional music and throwback tunes from the Street Brass Band and Shag Horns will keep the party going and people dancing all day. The Oktoberfest Bash is free and will take place downstairs at City Point, which is located at 445 Albee Square West in Downtown Brooklyn.

Dickson’s Farmstand Meats at Chelsea Market is hosting an Oktoberfest celebration dinner in collaboration with Threes Brewing on Thursday, September 28, in honor of the world’s largest autumn festival held annually in Munich, Germany. Ben Petersen, Brew Master at Threes Brewing, will be offering a tasting of seasonal beers and German style lagers, while Dickson’s offers a spread of six traditional courses of German fare including bratwursts, braised meats, smoked meats, kraut and more. The event will take place at Dickson’s Butcher Shop & Restaurant on the lower level of Chelsea Market located at 75 9th Avenue, starting at 6:45 PM. Tickets are $60 and can be purchased in advance here.

The West Park Beer Garden in Midtown (located behind Oceana) is celebrating Oktoberfest from Monday, September 18 through Thursday, October 5. A special platter for two is being offered featuring a Giant Bavarian Pretzel with mustard dipping sauces, four Bratwurst Sliders with sauerkraut and spicy mustard, and two TALEA Beer Co. steins of Festie. The Beer Garden is Open Monday to Thursday from 5pm-9pm weather permitting.
