Puttanesca, a Sicilian Trattoria, is now open in Chelsea. The restaurant is owned by veteran restaurateurs Bob and Enrico Malta who also owned other popular restaurants such as Bocca di Bacco, Intermezzo, Film Center Café, and the original Puttanesca in Hell’s Kitchen on 9th Avenue and 56th Street. Executive Chef David DiSalvo, a graduate from the French Culinary Institute, helms the kitchen and worked at such establishments as Blaue Gans, Wallse and most recently at STK NYC Downtown and Rooftop.
