Rats! New Color-Coded Map Points Out Rat Hot Spots in New York City

It is no surprise that rats have the upper hand in New York City, but now you can see just how widespread it is with a new color-coded map from the NYC Health Department laying out just how serious the problem is. Pink sections (which include all of Central Park) show current rat activity while green areas show areas that passed inspection.
