NYC hospitality veterans Dominique Paulin and Chef Olivier Muller will open a second Faubourg in Weehawken, NJ, by early summer. Following the success of Faubourg in Montclair, NJ, the Daniel Boulud alums’ new venture intends on delivering a culinary experience with serious intent in a thoughtfully-designed setting.

Paulin and Muller are once again working with architect and designer Craig Shillito of Cycle Projects (ABCv, Lilia, Loring Place) to create an impressive, modern brasserie-inspired space, complete with an open kitchen, grand bar, cocktail lounge, main dining room, private dining room, and outdoor patio seating with partial views of the Manhattan skyline.
Faubourg Weehawken will be located at 1100 Avenue at Port Imperial, one block from the Hudson River waterfront and steps from the ferry pier with boats to Midtown and Wall Street.
The menu will resemble the Faubourg Montclair location where Chef Olivier and a talented kitchen team have demonstrated their skill and creativity with classic French cuisine, as well as seasonal cooking that is refined but approachable. Notable wines, craft cocktails, and attentive service are all part of the restaurant’s foundation. Faubourg Weehawken will serve dinner seven nights a week when it opens, followed by weekday lunch and brunch on weekends. Stay tuned.
