Restaurant Radar: Din Tai Fung Set to Open on Broadway

Guests arriving at the soon-to-open Taiwanese restaurant, Din Tai Fung, will enter through a glass cube designed by David Rockwell. Founded in the 1950s as a mom-and-pop, the restaurant is now internationally known for its traditional Xiao Long Bao soup dumplings, dim sum and traditional Chinese cuisine. Din Tai Fung is set to open July 18 at 1633 Broadway. Soft opening reservations are already available. For more information, visit dintaifungusa.com
