Rockefeller Center to offer outdoor dining

Rockefeller Center is set to phase in outdoor garden this week where its ice skaking rink sits. With two of its its main restaurants, Rock Center Cafe and The Sea Grill now closed, a food hall is being established that will include the Rainbow Room. Large round picnic-style tables have been set up along with stadium seating for a total of 68 diners. City Winery has also reopened (1pm-8pm daily) along with Del Frisco's Grille.
