Sake No Hana (145 Bowery, NYC) is launching an all-night bar menu inspired by Tokyo’s famed Golden Gai and Omoide Yokocho districts, where compact bars and stalls line the alleys with unique dishes and drinks. Fresh off a culinary trip to Japan, Chef Yoshi Kojima collaborated with Chef Jason Hall to bring this experience stateside, creating a menu brimming with Japanese street fare that blends traditional flavors with a modern twist.

Guests can enjoy $5 bites like Hiroshima Hand Rolls, Nagoya Chicken Wings and Wasabi Edamame, as well as $10 snacks like the Lobster Chirashi Don and Toro Tartare, alongside $15 Japanese-inspired cocktails such as the Lychee Spritz and Yuzu Margarita. From 6-9 PM, a special $20 Happy Hour Set invites diners to choose one from each section.

In addition to the bar menu, Sake No Hana is rolling out a seasonal four-course tasting menu, “Taste of Sake No Hana” updated for fall and winter, featuring fall favorites paired with handpicked sake options, like the "KID Hiyaoroshi," while supplies last.
