Sarabeth’s debuts its first new location in 13 years at 100 West Houston Street in Greenwich Village, with Executive Chef Freda Sugarman introducing the restaurant’s first-ever rotisserie program. Signature dishes exclusive to this location include the Rotisserie Chicken with black garlic au jus and the Rotisserie Turkey Club with bacon jam, burrata, and avocado on a fresh croissant. Sarabeth’s classics like Five Lettuce Caesar, Faroe Island Salmon, and Lemon & Ricotta Pancakes anchor the menu, offering comfort alongside innovation.
The daily prix-fixe menu and happy hour feature bites like Caviar Deviled Eggs and Short Rib Tater Tots, alongside exclusive wines and discounted cocktails. Beverage Director Stephen Olsen brings a fresh seasonal touch to the bar, from the Guava Mojito to a curated wine flight program. For non-alcoholic options, Sarabeth’s “Lemonade Stand” mocktails shine with flavors like Pomegranate Margarita.
Designed by Yvonne Choy, the two-story, cast iron space exudes Sarabeth’s classic warmth, featuring striped leather banquettes, a fluted stone bar, and a private dining room seating 40. Open daily, Sarabeth’s Greenwich Village combines timeless charm with a dash of modern flair. For more, visit sarabethsrestaurants.com or follow @sarabethsnyc.
