Sauced East Village is the second location of the beloved South Williamsburg wine bar helmed by Damien del Rio and Vincent Marino of New York-based Wine Hustler Club Inc who previously opened Loosie Rouge.

Since opening their first Sauced location in 2020, the team has partnered with Quentin Peron as the executive chef. Both locations now serve a small, curated selection of seasonal dishes to pair with the night’s pours. Peron’s opening dishes include Lobster Toast Bao with spicy cajun bisque, American Wagyu Tartare served atop a crispy rice nori shell, Uni on Pomme Duchesse with labne.

Visitors to the East Village location will find a front bar and plenty of standing room for guests to chat, sip and explore. Further back, guests will find more seating and a cozy enclave with a disco ball and burlesque pole for late-night hangouts.

Sauced’s mission is simple: serve good wines to good people and have an even better time – and definitely don’t take things too seriously. Offering a playful and irreverent perspective on hospitality without compromising care and quality, Sauced serves wines along the spectrum from traditional to super-natural, from funky bubbles and crisp whites to versatile oranges and deep reds.

There’s no menu - the Sauced team curates a personal lineup based on guests’ preferences for a less intimidating, less conventional, and more exploratory wine experience. Sauced is located at 47 2nd Avenue in Manhattan and accepts walk-ins only.
