Sawada Coffee Expands in Tribeca with Expertly Crafted Lattes and Seasonal Drinks

Sawada, the coffee shop and retail brand founded by world-renowned Japanese barista Hiroshi Sawada, has made its mark in both Chicago's West Loop and New York City's Tribeca neighborhood (33 Cortlandt Alley, NYC). In partnership with the Hogsalt team behind acclaimed restaurants like Au Cheval and Four Charles Prime Rib, Sawada offers a carefully curated menu of espresso and matcha-based drinks.
Signature creations include the Military Latte, blending espresso and matcha with a cocoa powder finish, and the Black Camo Latte, a mix of espresso and houjicha tea. The shop also features rotating seasonal drinks such as the Pumpkin Houjicha Latte and Gingerbread Latte, along with freshly baked pastries.
Known for its dedication to craftsmanship, Sawada sets itself apart with extensive barista training and signature latte art designs like the intricate Rosetta and charming Teddy Bear, ensuring a truly unique coffee experience.
In addition to its beverages, Sawada has also launched a retail lineup. The coffee is available for nationwide shipping through Target and Metropolis Coffee and the Matcha is available for nationwide shipping through Metropolis Coffee.
