See No Evil Pizza is serving up gratitude early this year with Track 3 of their Kitchen Music: A Chef Series, happening Thursday, November 21st. This exclusive guest chef pop-up welcomes Erik Anderson and Josh Habiger, the culinary minds behind Nashville’s celebrated The Catbird Seat. They will join See No Evil’s Executive Chef Ed Carew for a collaborative, multi-course dining experience.
Chef Anderson, known for leading Michelin-starred kitchens like Coi and Barndiva in California, and Chef Habiger, a James Beard Award Finalist for Best Chef, Southeast in 2023 for his work at Bastion, are blending their talents with Carew’s inventive style. Together, the trio of longtime friends promises a menu emphasizing bold flavors, top-tier ingredients, and a playful spirit. Adding to the night’s ambiance, diners will enjoy the same music that inspires the chefs in their kitchens.
Tickets for this sensory feast are $80 per person, available on Resy, and include complimentary wine throughout the evening. Don’t miss this chance to celebrate culinary creativity at its finest! Seatings are offered at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
