Shota Omakase, the Edomae-style omakase restaurant in Williamsburg led by Chef Cheng Lin, will host a special two-night collaboration dinner with Chef Norihito Endo of Tokyo's Ebisu Endo on Monday, November 4th, and Tuesday, November 5th. The 21-course omakase experience will feature seasonal ingredients from Tokyo and Chef Endo’s hometown of Ebisu. Reservations, priced at $457 per person (inclusive of tax and tip), are available on Tock and Resy for seatings at 5:45 PM and 8:45 PM. An exclusive sake pairing will also be available as a separate purchase to elevate your dining experience.
This event marks Chef Endo’s New York City debut. This pioneering approach led to Ebisu Endo, which he opened in 2019, becoming regarded as one of Japan’s top sushi restaurants within its first year of operation.
In addition, Shota Omakase is now open six days a week, Monday through Saturday, with additional seatings available each night.
