America’s favorite brioche brand, St Pierre Bakery, has joined forces with master ice cream crafters, OddFellows Ice Cream Co, to celebrate National Brioche Day on May 14, 2024.

The St Pierre x OddFellows collaboration will debut a limited-edition Coffee & Brioche Waffles ice cream flavor while supplies last. The limited run Coffee & Brioche Waffles ice cream combines generous chunks of St Pierre’s decadent brioche waffles with OddFellows’ carefully crafted coffee flavor. St Pierre’s Brioche Waffles are made with a traditional European recipe containing crunchy pearl sugar. Combined with Oddfellows’ best-selling ice you can expect a little ‘ooh la la’.

OddFellows will offer complimentary Brioche Waffle Ice Cream Sandwiches featuring the brand-new flavor to the first 50 customers on May 14th at each of their six scoop shops in New York, Tampa (FL), and Pittsburgh (PA).

New York City locations include Domino Park at 40 River St, Brooklyn; Dumbo at 44 Water St, Brooklyn; Brooklyn Bridge Park at 334 Furman St Pier 5, Brooklyn; and Chelsea at 141 8th Ave in Manhattan. For more info click here
