Stanton Social Prime Hosts Limited Time Pop-Up at Beauty and Essex

Starting today, one of Las Vegas’s hottest new restaurants, Stanton Social Prime, will have a limited time pop-up at Beauty & Essex New York. Created by Chef Chris Santos (from Food Network’s Chopped), Stanton Social Prime has quickly become Las Vegas’ favorite new steakhouse, known for its innovative and delicious twists on traditional steakhouse fare.

Stanton Social Prime also pays homage to the original Stanton Social restaurant in New York’s Lower East Side, which marked Santos’ first restaurant project and was known for its spectacular sharable dishes featuring prime meats.

From now until March 31st guests will be able to experience some of the best menu items from Stanton Social Prime, including the Smoked Butter Board with thumbelina crudités, maldon sea salt, and warm olive baguette; Potato Pierogies with goat cheese and truffle; Dirty Tots with lobster crème fraiche and caviar; Waygu Tartare “Quesadilla” with comte and gruyere; and ‘Pretty In Pink,’ a 10 oz. Filet with pink peppercorn sauce, pink oyster mushrooms; and for a sweet finale there is Peanut Butter & Chocolate Cake.
