Sushi by Bou is expanding upstate to Albany, New York - just in time for fall/winter and cozy months ahead. More information below and attached!
Set to open on December 1st, Sushi by Bou Albany will transport diners to the Prohibition Era and Roaring Twenties, located beneath City Beer Hall (42 Howard St), where an intimate 12-seat sushi counter awaits. Thee 12-course omakase features seasonal delicacies like Hamachi (yellowtail), Botan Ebi (spotted prawn), Ikura (salmon roe), Hotate (scallop), O-Toro (fatty tuna), Unagi (BBQ eel), and their signature Wagyu-ni (surf and turf). For those seeking an elevated experience, opt for the Bou-gie upgrade, a 17-course omakase featuring five additional seasonal courses.
Diners can complement their culinary adventure with handcrafted cocktails, imported sake, and rare Japanese whiskeys, savoring the flavors in an ambiance that exudes sophistication and charm.
