TONCHIN, known for its Japanese comfort foods is launching its first-ever pop-up in Bushwick (191 Knickerbocker). Think Ramen, Mazemen, cocktails, KakiGori and more. The pop-up will be open Thursday - Sunday from June 25 through July 12. TONCHIN’s Mazemen is a brothless ramen served at room temperature, available with choice of pork, chicken, or kinoko mushroom. The pop-up is also serving batched and bottled cocktails, blending Japanese spirits with classic flavors like a Green Yuzu Margarita and Sumo Aperol. Ceremonial grade Matcha + Mango is served over shaved ice for dessert. The pop-up is offering takeout from Williamsburg to Greenpoint down to Gowanus. Benches will be available for curbside seating.
