Terra Mediterrania Opens in Chelsea

Terra Mediterrania is bringing fun Mediterranean flavors to Chelsea with laffa wraps, flatbreads (dinner only), bowls, salads, and dishes featuring their signature kataifi chicken.
The food is prepared in a 100% electric kitchen designed with clean energy and consistency in mind. The menu features multiple vegan and gluten-free options, as well as hearty grains, nutritious legumes, and unique, flavorful proteins.
Highlights include crispy Kataifi Chicken made with buttermilk-brined chicken coated in thin strips of shredded phyllo pastry available on its own or served on Challah with smoky Terra aioli, Greek yogurt slaw, and dill sauce; Fisherman’s Salad with mixed leafy greens, salmon, tabouleh, cucumber, balela, olives, beets, greens, farmland herbs, beluga lentils, and yogurt dill dressing; and Shawarma Laffa Wrap with chicken, suman onion, spicy tomato, parsley, and tahini yogurt.
