The Bakery at Greywind from Chef Dan Kluger is now open with limited offerings to start, with the menu expanding in the coming weeks to also include lunch sandwiches and salads as well.
Visitors to the bakery will find things like Seeded Boule, Sourdough Batard and Milk Bread, as well as pastries such as Croissants (as well as a chocolate almond variation), Chocolate Babka Bun, Goat Cheese & Spinach Bun, Strawberry & Yuzu Tart, among others. Breakfast offerings include the Greywind Bacon Egg & Cheese "Bao," an Egg Sandwich with Chicken & Herb Chorizo with housemade hot sauce, and Chia & Cranberry Breakfast Parfait. To satisfy that sweet tooth there are Chocolate Chip Molasses Cookies with Sea Salt, Citrus & Currant Linzers, Dulce de Leche Macaroons with Dark Chocolate, and a Cherry & Pistachio Financier. The drinks menu includes coffee and tea beverages, lemonade, juices and sodas.
