The Flavors of Tuscany Return at Beppe in NYC

Beppe Trattoria makes its move from Time Square to a new spot further Uptown. The flavors of Tuscany prevail with dishes like Polipo, a pressed octopus salami served with red onion and beans over arugula, and Ribollita, a Tuscan fall soup with kale, beans and squash thickened with bread. Pastas include pappardelle with slow-braised wild boar, hot and sweet sausage over orecchiette, and linguini with prosciutto, cream, peas and cheese. Larger plates include a grilled grass fed T-Bone, stewed pork shank, and Tuscan fish stew. Ricotta cheesecake and tiramisu are counted among the desserts, along with s'mores.
