The Great Elephant Migration Arrives in New York City

It’s a public art display the likes of which New York City hasn’t seen since Christo and Jeanne-Claude’s The Gates in Central Park. A herd of 100 life-size Elephants now on display in the Meatpacking District. It is a stop-you-in-your-tracks exhibit sharing a message about human-wildlife coexistence and conservation. It was brought to the city with the help of Meatpacking BID. Here are 25 photos of what you can expect!
