Roof at Park South by Executive Chef Bryce Shuman opens for the season on May 2nd just in time for celebrating Cinco de Mayo. This dreamy urban oasis at the Park South Hotel feels like a secret garden, decked out with floral covered vines and cozy nooks with unobstructed views of the NYC skyline. Kick back on the fireside sofas or relax under the colorful umbrellas.

Bites include things like crispy chicken wings with sweet chili sauce and crudité with English pea hummus. There’s also an assortment of sushi. Larger plates include crab cake sliders and a lobster roll with lemon caper aioli on a potato bun. Pizzas are also available.

Cocktails come with names like My Girl (Fords gin, honey lavender and lemon), and the Bonita Rosa (Casamigos Reposado tequila, hibiscus pink peppercorn syrup and lime juice). When the weather heats up there are frozen margaritas, pina coladas and their Famous Froze with raspberry simple syrup and lime.

The Roof at Park South is located at 125 E 27th St, New York, NY (212) 204-5222
