Top Chef Buddha Lo’s Huso is Back After Being Damaged by Fire

After an electrical fire badly damaged Marky’s on Madison and Buddha Lo’s caviar-inspired restaurant Huso last March, the restaurant is finally reopening. In an Instagram post, the Top Chef announcing that after “quite the journey” we are so happy, adding, “I have also got the bubbles to celebrate!”
Huso is known for its fine dining menu, including dishes such as Parker House Rolls with Saint Urgeon Osetra Seaweed Butter; Rainbow Trout, Potato, Dill, Escabeche, and Smoked Trout Roe; and Dry Aged Duck, Spices, Beets and Foie Gras.
The restaurant started taking dinner reservations as of August 18th. Lunch service is also being offered from 11am to 5pm. A special 8-course tasting menu inspired by Top Chef will be offered Wednesday, August 30th at a one-time seating at 7pm.
