Trattoria One Fifth Launches Pizza Collaboration Series with Renowned Chefs

Trattoria One Fifth, the beloved Greenwich Village Italian restaurant from acclaimed chef Marc Forgione, is kicking off an exciting Pizza Collaboration series this October. Each month, Forgione will collaborate with friends and notable regulars to create unique twists on his signature pizzas, blending the structure of a classic New York slice with the refined technique and high-quality ingredients of Neapolitan style.

The series begins with The Little Piggy pizza by James Beard Award-winning chef Stephanie Izard, known for her bold flavors at Girl & the Goat. This limited-edition pizza features Sichuan Pork Sausage, Mozzarella, Cheddar, Pickled Peppers, Crunchy Spice Mix, Maple, and Scallions, offering a playful mix of spice, texture, and sweetness. Upcoming collaborators include culinary heavyweights like Ludo Lefebvre ((LudoBird, Trois Mec, Petit Trois), Billy Durney (Hometown BBQ, Red Hook Tavern) and radio personality Elvis Duran, making Trattoria One Fifth a must-visit for pizza lovers this fall.
