Uptaco, which provides specialty tacos to eateries throughout the city, has launched its first physical location with a pop-up in The 550 Madison Garden.
Co-founded by childhood friends Daniel Nechamkin and Derek Miles, Uptaco was created with the mission to bring the exciting, casual breakfast culture of Texas breakfast tacos to New York City, with an emphasis on quality and freshly sourced ingredients.
Uptaco’s focus on quality and creativity will be showcased at the pop-up, bringing their signature hand-pressed breakfast tacos to The 550 Garden, but also featuring a broad menu of innovative dishes, including its new breakfast burritos, Japanese influenced egg-salad sandwiches, challah bread PB&J’s, innovative matcha lattes, and more. Uptaco prides itself on high quality ingredients, which include fresh hand-made tortillas, cage-free eggs, and ceremonial matcha leaf sourced directly from Japan.
Uptaco is open Mondays through Fridays, from 7am to 4pm. For more information visit uptaco.nyc
