A new Western-inspired bar with kickass cocktails is coming to town. Desert 5 Spot, based in Los Angeles, will be bringing its “let the good times roll” approach to Williamsburg this June. Inspired by the era or roadside hotels, this new Brooklyn hideaway (94 Wythe Ave) will feature Western-inspired cocktails and live-music. Cocktails come with names like Walk the Line, Jolene and Last Resort. The Dropkick Me Jesus is described as a rowdy cocktail that will cleanse the palette with something refreshing, spicy, and savory. It’s made with Ilegal Mezcal, Green Chartreuse, Ancho Reyes, Chile, Lime, and Mint. Visit their Instagram page for the latest on the opening date.
