Zula, from the team behind the popular Palestinian restaurants, Ayat, is now open in the landmark Childs restaurant building built in 1923 on the Coney Island boardwalk. The towering space lined with ten foot palm trees is offering fresh Middle Eastern fare, live entertainment and a rooftop hookah bar overlooking the ocean.

The menu features an assortment of dips like smoky baba ghanoush and creamy hummus along with flavorful grape leaves, kebabs and seafood, all served with house-made pita bread piping hot from the oven. The restaurant is also offering cocktails, beer and wine.

At night, Zula turns into a bustling club with live music and belly dancers. A premium hookah experience is also available along with bottle service, or you can just dance the night away.

Zula is located at 3052 W 21st St, Brooklyn, NY. For more information, visit instagram.com/zula.nyc
