Description:

The French brand, A.P.C., provides not only Parisian inspired prep-ware with a dash of edge, but also ample space for shopping within their airy SoHo loft-esque store. Their hardwood sales floor, with sky-high ceilings, is chock full of denim, stripes, and colors to boot. Aside from their pleasant employees, A.P.C. has enormous dressing rooms in addition to the biggest mirror you’ll ever lay eyes on, for the quick “to buy, or not to buy” deliberation.

Pricing for their fall sweaters is somewhat reasonable, especially given the high-fashion shopping area. Starting at $235 for a Chiné Pullover, price tags for these thick and well-made sweaters top off at $415 for an Irish Pullover, made of 100% wool.

A separate room in the back of the shop exclusively features A.P.C.’s noteworthy denim. Bright lighting, neatly stacked jeans, and additional changing rooms gives shoppers little to no reason to pass up trying on a pair of their famous pants. Colored denim is all the rage right now, and A.P.C. is hoping on that bandwagon with their Cure Stretch Jeans ($265), in colors like brick red and mustard yellow, and their Corduroy Jarvis Jeans ($235), in colors like chestnut brown and dark navy blue.

The European fit of A.P.C.’s clothing provides a narrow and sleek look, especially their denim and blazers, giving reason enough for a visit the next time you are in SoHo.
