I’m writing on behalf of the BCAGlobal, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting diversity in the hospitality and culinary industries. This year, BCAGlobal is celebrating its 12th year of Global Food and Wine Experience on Friday, April 8, 2016, at the Espace in Midtown NYC. It will be a spectacular evening of food and wine. We would appreciate your help, in making it even more unforgettable and memorable. In today’s changing and challenging environment, education remains a minimum requirement to attain career success and advancement in any industry. The same holds true for the culinary and hospitality industry, the largest industry in America.
BCAGlobal is instrumental in connecting and preparing students and professionals of color (Asian-American, Native American, Hispanic, and Black) with the specialized skills required to achieving social-economic empowerment for themselves and their families.
